2. SMS Communications & Message Type Disclosure

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from MyRateAdvisor. Message types include:

Message Type Disclosure: MyRateAdvisor sends the following types of SMS messages: mortgage rate information, exclusive employee rate alerts, advisor outreach, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message frequency may vary up to 5 messages per month. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message & data rates may apply.

3. Services Description

MyRateAdvisor is a licensed mortgage broker (NMLS #1598577) that connects consumers with mortgage lenders. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific rates. All rates are subject to lender approval and market conditions.

4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a form or engage with our services.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. MyRateAdvisor is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. To be removed from all contact, email info@myrateadvisor.com.
